Job Vacancy – Digital Media and Communications Officer

Part time role: 12 hours per week, averaging 50 hours per month

Salary: £26,000 pro-rata

Location: Home based with visits to our York office

The Rowntree Society has amazing content and material that we would like to be able to share more widely. Our aim is to increase knowledge and interaction with the legacy of ‘Rowntree’ across local, national and international audiences. We need a Digital Media and Communications Officer to help us make the most of our social media channels, newsletter and website.

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in digital media development and communication and have experience in creating and executing digital strategies and knowledge of best practices for social media platforms.
